Return and Refund Policy
If you’re looking exchange your order for reasons due to defect, we're here to help!
We only replace items within 30 days if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, drop us an email at email@example.com
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To complete your return, we require an email receipt or other proof of purchase, and pictures of the defect.
